Meet Our Founder
Quality Services Incorporated was founded in 1976 by Charles “Chuck” R. Cole.
Before starting this janitorial company, Chuck was drafted into the US Army in
On December 25, 1966, he began his tour as a Combat Medic in the
Mekong Delta of Vietnam. By the time he was honorably discharged in 1971, he
had achieved the rank of Sergeant. Chuck values his time in the service and
encourages others to join, believing it helps build a strong work ethic.
Chuck started this business in 1976 as a residential cleaning service, which
eventually expanded into commercial cleaning. In 1978, he earned his degree in
Business Management. He later added two more divisions: commercial window
cleaning and building maintenance, providing customers with a complete building
maintenance company.
